" My go-to foodie spot"
My comfort food is chili rellenos. I love chiles rellenos because it is a original dish that run by a family from Mexico. This food is not a whip up dish to make because it requires a lot of time. First, to make a chili relleno I use fresh ingredients like pasilla chili, onion, fresh cheese or cotija, eggs, chicken flavored, tomatoes and salt. First, I roast the chiles and I removed the skin then I make a slit in it along one side and I take out the seeds. Then, I cut the vegetables in small squares pieces and the cheese. Then, I mixed all of the ingredients and the flavor pop up. Next, I filled the chiles with the vegetables and I put it aside. After, I beat the eggs to stiff peaks and I emerged the chiles into the eggs and I put into a hot oil to fry. Lastly, I served this home made dish with a tomatoes sauce on oit.
