My 7-day micro-plan.
My goal finishing this 7 days is is to gain strength. to achieve this I'll do:
stretching movement for warm up following with work out weight training also, finishing in each serie I'll do to cool down.
I'll cut down with cheat meal and sugar
I break a sweat for 2 minutes and I catch my breath for 2 minutes too when I do workout weight, and also when I walk I break sweat for 20 minutes and then I catch my breath.
Staying active helps to create a motivation for keep healthy and stick to a routine.
