The Straight Path
The one who stays focused usually wins As the pendulum swings, things move in and out of fashion. Ideas change. Trends change. Business models change. People change. Even what society accepts as “fact” can change over time. Life has seasons. Business has seasons. Relationships have seasons. Markets have seasons. Beliefs have seasons. At one point, people widely accepted the Earth was flat. Time, science, and progress corrected that. That is the point. If you understand that trends come and go, you stop building your life around whatever is popular this week. Most people zig-zag through life. They chase every new trend. Every new business model. Every new investment.Every new shiny object. And what happens? They end up with a bag full of things that looked exciting in the moment… but are worth nothing later. Crypto is a perfect example. Every cycle, thousands of new projects appear promising: - huge returns - mass adoption - game-changing technology - a financial revolution What happened to 99% of them? Dead. Forgotten. Or barely alive. Meanwhile, the few that survived at the top captured most of the long-term value. The same happened with companies like: - Amazon - Tesla - Facebook Yes, getting in early was life-changing. But getting in now is not the same as getting in 10–20 years ago. That is where people confuse timing with strategy. Throwing a small amount of money at something that might explode one day is fine. That is speculation. But building your whole plan around chasing the next big thing is not investing. It is distraction. The real winners are often the people who stay on a straighter path. They do not jump ship every five minutes. They do not abandon a solid strategy because something newer looks more exciting. They understand that time is often more important than hype. Warren Buffett is a great example.

Step-by-Step Plan to Become Your Rival #3
Phase 1: Define Him Clearly Do this first. Write out: - his body - his mindset - his income - his habits - his standards - his social life - his environment - his non-negotiables You are building a target. If the target is blurry, your actions will be blurry. Task: Create a one-page document called: “The Man I Must Become.” Phase 2: Audit Your Current Self Now compare your current self to that standard. Create 2 columns: Current MeTarget Me List the gaps in: - body - discipline - income - confidence - habits - relationships - environment - emotional control - time use Task: Identify the top 3 gaps hurting you most right now. Not 20.Just 3. Phase 3: Build Non-Negotiables Your rival is not built through motivation. He is built through repeated standards. Choose daily rules such as: - wake up at the same time every day - train 4 to 6 times per week - no wasted morning scrolling - 1 hour minimum on skill-building or income-building - protein/water targets - no porn - no gossip - no spending on nonsense - read or learn daily - plan tomorrow before bed Task: Pick 5 non-negotiable daily standards. These are your minimum identity rules. Phase 4: Remove What Keeps You Weak You do not just need better habits. You need fewer leaks. Cut: - people draining focus - bad routines - late nights with no purpose - doom scrolling - emotional spending - messy environment - inconsistent sleep - comfort food and comfort behaviour loops Task: List the 5 things your rival would remove from your life immediately. Then start removing them one by one. Phase 5: Build the Body First The body changes the mind faster than motivation does. Why? Because: - confidence rises - discipline becomes visible - energy improves - standards become embodied Minimum plan: - lift/train 4x weekly - walk daily - protein target - reduce junk food - sleep properly - track weight and progress Task: Create a 30-day body standard and follow it without debate.

Build Your Rival #1
Most people drift through life with vague goals. They want: - more money - a better body - more confidence - better relationships - better work - more freedom But they never define the person who actually has those things. That is the mistake. In every hero’s journey, there is a rival.A shadow.A mirror.Someone who forces the hero to confront what they are not yet. So build that person. Create a version of yourself who beats you in every category. Not to hate him. Not to envy him. But to expose the gap. This person is you, but sharpened. He gets the opportunities because he is prepared. He gets the girl because he is attractive, calm, and grounded. He gets the job because he is more competent. He has the body because he trains when you hesitate. He has money because he thinks long term. He has freedom because he built discipline before lifestyle. He is not lucky. He is structured. He is dangerous because he is focused. And every day you do not act, he wins again. That is why most people stay average. They never clearly define the standard. They never build the rival. They never identify the traits, habits, values, and systems required to become the version of themselves they admire. You cannot become better by using soft language. You need precision. Who is the man that would take your place in every room?Who is the version of you that gets chosen over you? What does he look like? How does he speak? What does he tolerate? What has he stopped doing? What standards does he live by? Because once you define him clearly, the path becomes obvious. The pain is no longer confusion. The pain becomes honesty. You realize the life you want is not hiding from you. It is on the other side of daily behaviours you keep avoiding. So build your rival. Give him a face. Give him rules. Give him standards. Give him habits. Give him a schedule. Give him a body. Give him a bank account. Give him discipline. Give him a code. Then do the hardest part:
