Step-by-Step Plan to Become Your Rival #3
Phase 1: Define Him Clearly
Do this first.
Write out:
  • his body
  • his mindset
  • his income
  • his habits
  • his standards
  • his social life
  • his environment
  • his non-negotiables
You are building a target. If the target is blurry, your actions will be blurry.
Task:
Create a one-page document called:
“The Man I Must Become.”
Phase 2: Audit Your Current Self
Now compare your current self to that standard.
Create 2 columns:
Current MeTarget Me
List the gaps in:
  • body
  • discipline
  • income
  • confidence
  • habits
  • relationships
  • environment
  • emotional control
  • time use
Task:
Identify the top 3 gaps hurting you most right now.
Not 20.Just 3.
Phase 3: Build Non-Negotiables
Your rival is not built through motivation. He is built through repeated standards.
Choose daily rules such as:
  • wake up at the same time every day
  • train 4 to 6 times per week
  • no wasted morning scrolling
  • 1 hour minimum on skill-building or income-building
  • protein/water targets
  • no porn
  • no gossip
  • no spending on nonsense
  • read or learn daily
  • plan tomorrow before bed
Task:
Pick 5 non-negotiable daily standards.
These are your minimum identity rules.
Phase 4: Remove What Keeps You Weak
You do not just need better habits. You need fewer leaks.
Cut:
  • people draining focus
  • bad routines
  • late nights with no purpose
  • doom scrolling
  • emotional spending
  • messy environment
  • inconsistent sleep
  • comfort food and comfort behaviour loops
Task:
List the 5 things your rival would remove from your life immediately.
Then start removing them one by one.
Phase 5: Build the Body First
The body changes the mind faster than motivation does.
Why?
Because:
  • confidence rises
  • discipline becomes visible
  • energy improves
  • standards become embodied
Minimum plan:
  • lift/train 4x weekly
  • walk daily
  • protein target
  • reduce junk food
  • sleep properly
  • track weight and progress
Task:
Create a 30-day body standard and follow it without debate.
Phase 6: Build Skill and Income
The version of you that wins is useful.
He has skills the market pays for.
Ask:
  • What would make me more valuable in 12 months?
  • What skill would most improve my income?
  • What can I build, sell, or improve daily?
Task:
Pick one income skill and work on it daily.
Examples:
  • sales
  • copywriting
  • trading discipline
  • marketing
  • leadership
  • negotiation
  • networking
  • operations
  • content creation
  • AI leverage
  • a specific trade/service
Phase 7: Build Presence
Your rival does not just look better. He feels different in a room.
Work on:
  • posture
  • eye contact
  • slower speech
  • cleaner language
  • calm under pressure
  • no nervous over-explaining
  • listening properly
  • direct communication
Task:
Choose one social trait per week to sharpen.
Phase 8: Review Weekly
Every week ask:
  • Did I act like him this week?
  • Where did I betray my standard?
  • Where did I improve?
  • What needs tightening?
  • What habit must improve next week?
Weekly score:
Rate yourself 1–10 on:
  • discipline
  • body
  • work
  • focus
  • emotional control
  • standards
This keeps the journey real.
Daily Practice Framework
Every morning ask:
  • What would my rival do today?
  • What would he not do today?
  • What one action gets me closer to him today?
Every night ask:
  • Did I move closer or further away?
  • Where did I act weak?
  • Where did I act in alignment?
  • What gets corrected tomorrow?
That is how you close the gap.
Not in one giant transformation.
But in daily proof.
Strong Closing Line for the Post
You do not need more motivation.
You need a clearer enemy.
And the enemy is not another man.
It is the weaker version of you that keeps negotiating with the life you say you want.
Build your rival.
Study him.
Then remove the gap.
Understand 🙏
