Useful tip to prepare legs before exercises.
Static stretching (no movement during stretch) can be implemented before/after leg day. But one way to really open up your hips and have increased mobility is, Dynamic Stretching (implementing movement in stretch). A great way to also warm up is, bicycling! Really opens up the hips and increases blood flow to legs.
