Day 1 — Get Oriented - Read the Welcome post - Review the Community Rules - Browse the category layout so you know where things live Day 2 — Start the Training - Open the first Core Training module - Take notes on anything new or unclear Day 3 — Introduce Yourself - Post a brief intro in Fieldcraft Discussion Day 4 — Engage - Comment on at least one discussion - Ask one practical question or share a tip Day 5 — Choose a Skill Challenge - Review the current Skill Challenge - Plan when and where you’ll complete it - Ask questions if needed Day 6 — Execute - Complete the challenge safely - Take notes on what worked and what didn’t Day 7 — Report and Reflect - Post your After-Action Report - Share lessons learned - Review feedback from the community Final Note You don’t need to do everything perfectly.Consistency matters more than speed. If you complete these steps, you’ll be fully integrated and ready to progress.
