🧘 Introductions:
Hello and welcome! 👋 I thought I’d start an thread here and say hello and allow everyone to introduce themselves. I’ll start. I live in South-Western Canada. I’ve been meditating for over 15 years now. I don’t feel like this is any kind of accomplishment but more like a habit that keeps me healthy. Over the years I’ve found that many of my non-meditating friends have said it’s too intimidating, hard to build a practice or they tried and failed. So I thought if we built a community of varied and new meditators we could develop and share some modern hacks and support each other. Everyday is a new day with new challenges. I try my best not to take myself too seriously. Trust me, I can use the support as much as anyone. 🙏 Please introduce yourself. I’m excited to get to know everyone!

🌅 A Mindful Morning Question
If you were to choose one small ritual to shape your morning with intention, which would it be? 1️⃣ Make your bed mindfully Slow hands. Smooth corners. A simple act of order that quietly says: the day has begun. 2️⃣ Do some light stretching in bed Before the mind races ahead, let the body speak first. Gentle movement. Easy breath. No urgency. 3️⃣ Wake up to watch the sunrise No productivity. No agenda. Just witnessing the world arrive, one shade of light at a time. There’s no “right” answer here. Only noticing what draws you in. Which would you choose tomorrow morning and why? 🌿

Contemplating nature’s lessons always feels like a quiet blessing to me. I’m often humbled to bear witness to such wisdom. In this video nature offers a meditation from the ocean.
