Saying Good-bye is Hard to Do
Hi everyone. This is to let you know that I will be leaving Skool. The platform simply does not allow me to create and engage with others in a way that feels professional and effective. Despite repeated attempts to call Skool’s attention to the issues I’ve encountered (which they acknowledge and say others have mentioned) nothing has changed. Especially concerning is the way they expect community owners to use other social media platforms to drive traffic to Skool. I simply don’t have the time or money to set up accounts on, master, and pay for ads on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest (to name just a few) all the while struggling to create content and find members for my Skool community. Anyway, that was a long way to say thank you for your interest in and support of Wild Dialogs. I’ve had some wonderful conversations with each of you and hope you will keep in touch. You can always find me on Substack: https://wilddialogs.substack.com. I wish you all the best.
You Cannot Tame What is Meant To Be Free
This is a fundamental truth that I believe applies to humans as well as animals. If you look at what is called the "civilized" world today you realize that most humans are living "lives of quiet desperation." They're disconnected from nature, and their imaginations and creativity lie dormant and unused. Most humans have been taught that making money and buying things will make them happy - that they must compare themselves to and compete with others to make that money and buy those things. But it's never enough, is it? Meanwhile the wilderness that lives in all our cells is howling - recalling us to our Essence. Listen! https://gyazo.com/d2026cbcfd7013dff5674413cb1bebc4

Our Bodies Aren't Made for a Noisy World
"It’s in the quiet spaces that the body remembers how to listen. 🌿 To the wind moving through trees. To the earth beneath our feet. To the subtle wisdom within. When we slow our breath and step back into nature, the nervous system softens. The mind loosens its grip. And calm is no longer something we chase, but something we return to. This is how balance is restored. Not through force, but through remembrance." - The Natural Law What sound in nature brings you back to yourself? For me it's small waves breaking on a beach.

Wild At Heart
"If it is wild to your own heart, protect it. Preserve it. Love it. And fight for it, and dedicate yourself to it, whether it is a mountain range, your wife, your husband, or even (heaven forbid) your job. It doesn't matter if it's wild to anyone else: if it's what makes your heart sing, it if makes your days soar like a hawk in the summertime, then focus on it. Because for sure, it's wild, and if it's wild, it'll mean you're still free. No matter where you are." - Rick Bass

Perspicacity - The amazing intelligence of Pigeons
Pigeons are not only devoted partners — they are highly intelligent and complex beings that possess abilities most humans don't even know exist. Pigeons have tiny magnetic crystals in their beaks that act like biological compasses that allow them to sense Earth's magnetic field and navigate accurately. They can also detect sounds too low for humans to hear and read polarized light patterns in the sky that are invisible to humans. Pigeons can also count, recognize themselves in mirrors, and learn abstract concepts. They rank among the top ten most intelligent beings on the planet. For more on the brilliance of pigeons, see "The Genius of Birds" by Jennifer Ackerman.
