Aloha Strong
My dear Ohana from Maui taught me this. So wise, so compassionate, so real:
"We come back to Aloha all the time. Aloha's not just hugs and kisses and hearts and all that. No Aloha means hard work. Aloha means you sacrifice so you can transform. There needs to be this like push and pull. Because if everything is easy, it's gonna be weak. It's not going to be a strong foundation.
