Zach, I don't want to waste your time, but I feel this needs to be brought to your attention. Hi, my name is Judah. I'm a 16-year-old from Australia, and I've been following you for a long time. I genuinely love what you do, the value you provide, and how much you've helped make wholesaling accessible to people who are willing to learn and put in the work. That's exactly why I saved up my money and invested in XLeads. Everything was going great until I purchased a phone number through XLeads and ran into an issue. I was supposed to use the in-built support chat, but despite checking every page, refreshing countless times, and going through all my settings, the support button simply wasn't there. I reached out via email, and the XLeads team was kind and tried to help. I provided everything they asked for and did my best to cooperate. However, I kept being passed between different support representatives and had to repeatedly explain the same issue. Each time, I was told it was being worked on, but the problem remained unresolved. Because I couldn't access support, I also couldn't properly use XLeads. I effectively lost an entire month of my subscription waiting for a fix. I have screenshots and email timestamps documenting everything. Near the end of the month, I requested a refund because I had paid for a service that I was unable to fully use due to an issue outside of my control. I was told refunds are only available within the first seven days. The problem is that I didn't ask for a refund within those seven days because I genuinely believed the issue would be fixed and wanted to give the team a fair chance to resolve it. I stayed patient and worked alongside support the entire time. I'm not trying to attack XLeads or anyone on the team. I still respect what you've built and appreciate everything you've done for the wholesaling community. I simply feel that, given the circumstances, a refund would be fair. At the very least, I'd be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to speak with you directly. As a 16-year-old who's serious enough about this business to save up and invest in myself, I just want to feel heard and be given a fair chance.
