Does anyone have any buyers in the state of Washington? I have an owner of a 200+ acre property who needs to sell ASAP. They are willing to sell for less than it's worth and are open to seller financing. It's a steal of a deal. The property is worth 2.3 million, but can be bought with only $300k (or less) down.
