COLD CALLING METHOD

If you're cold calling non-stop, is your voicemail set up to capture the call backs? It should be, otherwise you're spinning your wheels going nowhere.

Here's what I mean, if you call someone but they didn't answer yet they decided to call you back. What will they hear when your VM picks up? Something generic, cheesy, lame, silence, etc.?

My VM says, "This is________, if you called me back I buy houses cash. If you're interested in possibly selling yours leave your name, address and best time and number to call you back and I'll call you back shortly."

If yours isn't setup right you're leaving money on the table...
