Here is land criteria for north cape. They are looking for 6 lots this month!
NW/NE Location Dry Lot Freshwater Lot - No seawall, no homes on either side Not in a Flood Zone Residential Zoning Not on a Main Roadway
We look at all price points. But these particular lots we are looking for cap at $45k for dry, perfect condition lots and $36k for the canals with no seawalls. On the canal lots there can't be properties or seawalls on either side. This is not in anyway a commitment to these prices. It will vary by lot. It's a general guideline. The lower you can get them for the more chance you have of getting them accepted.
