Can we use the same contracts for land wholesaling too?
Hey everyone, hope y’all are doing well. Quick question —When it comes to the contracts we use (purchase & sale agreement, assignment of contract, addendums, etc.), can those same contracts also be used for land wholesaling, or are there different versions specifically for land deals? I know some wording would need to be adjusted, but I just wanted to make sure there wouldn’t be any legal issues using the same structure. Appreciate any insight.
