BIG MISTAKE - DON'T REPEAT!!! 😯

***DON'T MAKE THIS BIG MISTAKE***

From a 2nd deal, the Owner "pitched" me an 11 acres Land deal to find her an Investor/Buyer... EXCITED...I began looking AND FOUND a BUYER..... BUT what I did NOT do was "GET THE LAND DEAL UNDER CONTRACT" (it was verbal).....WELLLLL, when I informed the Seller I had a buyer (TODAY), she said "I actually just got a contact YESTERDAY"..... 😭😭😭

***DON'T LOSE A DEAL BY NOT LOCKING IT UP, FIRST".....HARD LESSON LEARNED 💔😭....BUT I PRAY & PRESS AND KEEP GOING TO FIND MY NEXT !!!! Blessings all🙏
