70% Rule, DEAD?
As much as I believe Zack to always show us the way to help us succeed, I also think we need to consider realistic numbers we're willing accept when it comes to comp/fee. It's funny, I asked AI to do an analysis on best % and it also spat out 70%. Let's all due our due diligence given the market we've decided to venture into. 70% might be dead but it also could still be a solid percentage in a different market.
