As I lay down reflecting on the weekend, I think about what I could do better and how to be more positive in my reactions to having three toddlers. I’ve discovered that it is okay to stop and breathe before reacting with yelling or frustration. I am growing in my ability to regulate my own emotions. It is okay to feel remorse and to ask for forgiveness. I am learning and growing, leveling up. Breathing techniques are helping tremendously, or at least helping me become more aware and cognizant of my emotions so I can control them better. Inhale🫁 exhale😮💨 !!!! Rest easy 180 tribe!!!!!
