Where the solar plexus taught us to trust ourselves enough to take action, the heart chakra invites us to soften. To open. To let love be the force we move from. So many of us carry grief, old wounds, or walls we built to protect ourselves. This week is not about tearing those walls down. It is about gently placing your hand on your chest and remembering that beneath all of it, your heart has never stopped beating for you.
