Make the effort and go into each community setting and turn all but one OFF, so you can breathe...

To turn off Skool email notifications, click your profile picture, go to "Settings," then "Notifications," and find the "Change" option next to each group to customize or turn off email updates. Alternatively, you can adjust your overall email notification frequency in the same settings menu.
Step by step:
- Go to your own profile (click on your photo in the small circle)
- scroll down to Settings
- click on Notifications
- scroll down to your communities you are a member of
- click on one at the time
- go to the down arrow on the right hand side
- click on 'never' for the two email options
- then choose if you want other notifications.
- REPEAT FOR EACH COMMUNITY
- then go back to your own and set what you want from your own notifications at the top.
