Land and Soil
ever notice that the "Supreme Law of the Land" is not the same as "the Supreme law of the seas" or even the "Supreme Law of the Skies"? That is because they are very different. Almost antithetical in fact. Here's the fastest possible break down: Land: Living souls. the things that connect to the land and the soil. the laws of this domain (or Jurisdiction) are governed and enforced by Living Men and Living Women who have accepted the responsibilities associated with their inherited Sovereignty. All contracts are lawful, and Just, with full transparency and disclosure for all Participants at all times. Sea: Dead Entities. The rule of the Seas is Piracy. if I can take it, I should. if that means invasion, deception, malfeasance, malpractice, outright theft or murder... winner takes all. all laws are illusions to keep the weakest (or misrepresented) in line to make theft easier and more profitable. Air: Global Economics. The rule of the sky involves long term deals among organized groups. in some way, this includes war, created famines, experimental diseases/cures, and establishing trade routes between nations, nation-states, and continental organizations. The Assembly on each state (not in. On each state) is diligently working to correct misconceptions about these jurisdictions so that All Living Men and Women may be seen as such, and removed from the abuses of the Sea jurisdiction. I have intentionally left out some details for brevity, so all contributions are welcome and appreciated. questions, comments, additions, are all welcome.
