What’s one small thing you did today that helped your nervous system feel safer or calmer? It doesn’t have to be big. Consistency beats intensity. Drop it below ⬇️
Detox in 2026 is not just about what you stop consuming. It’s about what you stop believing, repeating, and tolerating.
🌱 Welcome to the School Class 1: What It Means to Detox in 2026 Detox in 2026 is not just about what you stop consuming. It’s about what you stop believing, repeating, and tolerating. We are detoxing from: - Thought patterns that no longer serve us - Internal conversations rooted in fear, guilt, or survival - External conversations where we shrink, explain, or abandon ourselves This is about living in your authentic voice — internally and externally. In this class, we’ll explore detox as a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual reset: - Creating space for healing - Practicing accountability with compassion - Strengthening emotional intelligence - Building self-care routines that are sustainable, not performative - Using breathwork to regulate instead of react - Learning how to forgive to live, not to bypass At the core of this work is Assertive Intuitive Dialogue — the practice of changing how you speak to yourself and for yourself. Detox in this season means: ✨ choosing clarity over chaos ✨ intuition over impulse ✨ alignment over approval This school is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are once the noise clears. 🌀 Reflection to begin: What is one belief, habit, or conversation you are ready to release so you can create space for healing? Welcome. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be 💙
