Getting the Bear off My Chest
It's good to dispell all off the not so great parts of our work day, week, or maybe even the month. Talking it out loud does a few things. One, it just makes you feel better 🤣, secondly when you're venting, more times than not you realize that, "holy sh#t, I totally handled that wrong" and then learn how to avoid that particular event again, and lastly having someone call you out that knows the standards you set for yourself is able to have an honest conversation with you. Reflection should be a part of your daily habits, enjoy the success, learn from the failures, and always keep moving forward.

As a sales person sometimes you find yourself trying to outsmart the competition, trying to think outside the box, when in reality there isn't one.
