We'll come together live to explore different areas of psychic and mediumistic development through teaching, practical exercises, meditation where appropriate, discussion and practice. How learning works here 🤍 This space has been created to be safe, grounded, and pressure-free. The free classroom section is here to gently support you as you begin to understand: - Awareness - Grounding - Calming the nervous system - Learning how to sit in your own energy - Simple, safe practices you can explore at your own pace - There is no rush, no expectation, and no requirement to “develop abilities”. Everyone’s journey is different, and the most important thing is feeling steady, supported, and safe. The practices shared here are foundational, not about trying to make things happen, but about learning to listen to yourself, settle your energy, and build awareness gently. Self-paced learning (optional) For those who feel ready and want to explore further, there will be a self-paced subscription option. This is for people who: - Want deeper understanding - Prefer to learn in their own time - Don’t want pressure or performance - Value grounding and clarity over rushing This level builds slowly on the basics and is designed to support long-term, healthy development. Live learning & mentorship (later this year) Later in the year, there will be: - A higher-level option with two live classes per month - A 6-month mentorship programme for those who feel genuinely called to deeper work - These levels are not about “being special” or rushing into Psychic or mediumship. ✨ Psychic Exercise of the Day: What's in the Box? ✨
Let's have some fun and strengthen those intuitive muscles! Imagine I have placed an object inside a box. Without overthinking it, tune into your first impressions and answer these questions: 🔮 Is it something natural or man-made? 🔮 What colour do you sense? 🔮 Is it hard or soft? 🔮 What shape does it feel like? 🔮 What is the first word, image, feeling or symbol that comes into your mind? The key is not to analyse. Trust your first impression, even if it doesn't make sense. Pop your answers in the comments below and let's see how everyone gets on. 👇 Remember, psychic development is not about being perfect. ✨ DO YOU ABSORB OTHER PEOPLE’S ENERGY? ✨
Do you ever suddenly feel tired, drained, low or overwhelmed for no obvious reason? Do you walk into a room and instantly feel the atmosphere? Can you sense when something isn’t right even when nobody has said a word? This is the Pyschic ability of CLAIRSENTIENCE 💜 Clairsentience means “clear feeling” the psychic ability to receive information through feelings, emotions and physical sensations. And I think it’s one of the most overlooked abilities in psychic development. For me, learning to understand your own energy is fundamental. Before you can confidently understand what you’re picking up intuitively, you need to start recognising: ✨ What energy is actually yours ✨ What you may be picking up from other people ✨ Why certain people or places leave you feeling drained ✨ How to ground and protect yourself ✨ How to stop becoming overwhelmed by everything you feel Learning to understand your own energy can genuinely change everything. 💜 When you begin to recognise what belongs to you and what you’ve unknowingly picked up from someone else, so much starts to make sense. You realise you don’t have to carry everyone else’s emotions, moods and energy around with you. You can walk into a room, sense what’s there without absorbing it. You can be around someone who is struggling without taking their energy home with you. That awareness can be incredibly freeing. It’s why I believe energy awareness should be one of the first things we learn in psychic development, not something we discover years later. I'm curious to see where everyone in The Psychic Space is with their development. We have people here who are completely new to all of this, people who've been developing for a while, and some who are already working with their abilities. So… where would you put yourself right now? Vote below 👇 I'd love to know in the comments: What's the biggest thing stopping you from developing more? 💜 One thing I've learned over the years is that ability isn't always what holds people back, consistency often is. Life gets busy. We intend to meditate, practise or work on our abilities... and suddenly another month has disappeared!
