As this lunar cycle grows toward fullness, a simple practice:
๐ What are THREE things you're genuinely grateful for?
Not the performance gratitude. Not the should-be-grateful. The real oneโthe stuff that makes you pause and think "damn, I'm lucky this exists."
Mine:
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธHealth - the privilege of a body that moves and recovers
๐ค Relationships - people who show up, no filter needed
๐๏ธ Inner Peace - because it's the only foundation for any peace beyond ourselves
Stoicism taught gratitude as remembering what could be lost.
Buddhism taught it as seeing what already is.
Hinduism taught it as recognizing the divine in the mundane.
All three agree: gratitude isn't about having more. It's about seeing clearly what's already here.
Drop yours below. Let's close this year (and every day after) by remembering what actually matters.
Imperfect meditation, proudly. ๐ฆ
