Also drink plenty of WARM fluids to enhance your metabolism. This will prevent extra cravings and bloated feelings. STAY AWAY FROM TOE OR HAND WARMERS!!! This is especially true for individuals with history of numbness or those with diabetes and other systemic disorders. Over time, the constant heat a the same region numbs our muscles to the point where the heat might be too much but we cannot feel it so it can cause burns and for diabetic individuals, those burns can turn into ulcers.
