START HERE: Your free guide + your first small step
Welcome to Wellness in Chaos! Everything here is free. Hi, I'm Valorie. I'm a nurse, and I own Hebe Peptides and Wellness in Chaos. I've worked in this world for over 8 years, and I use what I teach. Here you get straight answers, real science made simple, and zero judgment. Think of this place as your supplement and wellness headquarters. Ask me anything. QUICK SMART FACT A supplement only works if your body can absorb it. That's called bioavailability. Big word, simple idea: if it doesn't get in, it doesn't count. That's why I'm picky about what I recommend. HOW TO FIND EVERYTHING Click "Classroom" at the top of the page. You will see 4 courses: START HERE: Choose Your Path. New here? Begin with this one. I'm Valorie. I'm a nurse. And we are raising the standard.
I'm Valorie. I'm a nurse, and I own two companies, Hebe Peptides and Wellness in Chaos. I've spent over 8 years in this industry. I'm 48, and I take what I talk about. I'm in this with you. This post is for women who want change and want results. Let me tell you what nobody says out loud. Most supplements are junk. Tiny doses. No testing. Ingredients your body can barely use. One formula for every woman on earth. A counter full of bottles, and a big price tag for something that does nothing. I watched women spend their money and feel nothing, then blame themselves. It was never them. The product was weak. So I built Wellness in Chaos, and we are raising the standard. BIOAVAILABLE: Your body has to absorb it, or it's just expensive dust. TESTED: Third party tested, with doses based on real research. TRANSPARENT: I show you the proof. No hiding behind a label. It's built around your symptoms and your goals. Doctor formulated. Nurse founded. One simple pouch a day. Here's what I believe. The right supplements, at the right dose, can change how you feel and add real quality to your days. Better energy. Better sleep. Better focus. They won't replace food, sleep, movement or your doctor. But done right, they can make a difference you will notice. Stop guessing. Stop wasting money. Come see the difference. Education only, not medical advice. Talk with your own provider. Tell me below: what do you want to change first? I'm reading every comment.

MEMBER WORKOUTS: Three beginner movement sessions
Your beginner movement library These are general starting ideas, not a personal exercise prescription. Ask your clinician or physical therapist to adapt them for osteoporosis, injuries or other conditions. Use a stable chair, a safe surface and controlled movement. Stop if you feel pain or unwell. Build up gradually and rest when needed. SESSION 1: CHAIR & WALL STRENGTH Equipment: stable chair and wall. • Sit-to-stand: rise slowly from a chair, then sit with control. Start with 5 comfortable repetitions. • Wall press-up: hands at chest height against a wall. Bend and straighten your elbows with your body aligned. Start with 5 repetitions. • Supported calf raise: hold a stable chair, lift your heels slowly, then lower. Start with 5 repetitions. SESSION 2: LIGHT-WEIGHT STRENGTH Equipment: light weights or filled water bottles and a stable chair. • Biceps curl: keep elbows near your sides. Lift light weights toward your shoulders, then lower slowly. Start with 5 repetitions. • Supported mini-squat: hold a stable chair. Bend your knees only as far as comfortable, then stand. Start with 5 repetitions. SESSION 3: WALKING & RECOVERY • Choose a safe, level route and a manageable duration. Walk at a comfortable pace. Start gently and build up gradually. • Rest when you need to. Walking and resistance exercise complement one another. Adapt both to your ability. When safe for you, build toward working major muscle groups at least twice weekly. These short starter sessions are an introduction, not a complete long-term program. Walking, resistance and balance activity can support bone health, but no workout guarantees prevention of bone loss. Choose one session that suits your ability. What would help you get started? You never need to post private medical information. References: https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/strength-exercises/ https://www.niams.nih.gov/health-topics/exercise-your-bone-health
