On the front of the lesson, we were reminded that the joy of The Most High is our strength. On the back side of the lesson, we remember that joy helps us stay resilient throughout the day. Do not wait for the perfect time, the perfect photo, or the perfect speech. Focus on doing the best you can in the moment you are in. Sometimes the best thing you can do is rest, and that is okay. Rest, plan, strategize, and start again when you are ready. Joy builds resilience. Remain focused through every front end back end left or right shift. You have been through it before.
