Is this bull shite?

I saw this and had mixed attitudes towards the concept initially. But now I am thinking as a member of THIS group and it makes sense. We have all been asked those “what would you change here?” or “How would you go about meeting challenge?” style of question in an interview. What is to say the employer couldn’t take your suggestion and implement it without employing you?

As the opening statement implies, it focuses the brain on both sides. Just as we are learning to charge up-front and not work for free in this group.

I am not the expert by any stretch but this post is just another example that echoes the principles we are learning to install in our own businesses. I am seeing a growing trend of businesses charging up-front and more acceptance by prospects of this practice. Does compensating job applicants provide a solution for finding the right people for your workforce?
