Two years ago, I found the Fast 40 program. My results were amazing as I lost a total of 19 inches. Over the past two years, the weight has stayed off and I am now a size 4 weighing 155lbs at 5’10”. The journey has been amazing and learning to truly love yourself has been the greatest gift! I still eat a ton of food, lol. Most people gasp and comment at the amount I eat. I get to laugh and say, yes this is how life should be- no starvation!! To Dr. Cody, a huge heart ❤️ thank you! Stay true to you, love yourself, don't be afraid to be the best version of you, you can be! Life is amazing and we make it that way!

Sprouted grains are a completely different animal than regular flour tortillas — higher nutrient content, no blood sugar spike, and they burn slowly in your system. That slow burn is exactly what we want for balanced blood sugar and a fat-burning body. 2. Siete Crispy Taco Shells No corn. That matters. Corn is one of the lowest nutrient-density vegetables out there, so I skip it.
