There is so much confusion to losing fat and feeling good, I've personally tried so many approaches and am working to distill what works into an easy to follow course. If you feel the same then jump on board.
No matter how hard I tried calorie counting, eating clean, keto, carnivore, AIP, I've tried so many approaches yet my health continued to decline and the weight kept creeping back, my energy was crashing by 3pm, and I felt constantly stressed and inflamed. That all changed when I discovered how the systems of the body work and relate to each other. Once I learned how to fix the root causes, everything shifted. I dropped significant body fat (21kilos), regained steady all-day energy, improved my mood and sleep, and finally felt in control of my health without living in the gym.
