INTRODUCE YOURSELF (LET'S CONNECT)
Welcome, friend. 💛 Before we go deeper, I'd love to know you better. This community works best when we show up as ourselves. So please share: 1. Who are you, and what's your zone of genius? (What do people naturally come to you for? What lights you up?) 2. What brought you here? (What breakthrough are you working toward? What's calling you to level up?) 3. What's one area where you're ready to step into a bigger version of yourself? (Visibility? Clarity on your message? Scaling your impact? Building authority? What matters most to you right now?) Your answers help me understand how to support you best, and they help us all know who's in the room. We're all here for a reason. We all carry something that's meant to be expressed. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Drop your answers below, and let's begin. Championing your genius, Paulina 🧞‍♀️
The Genius Zone Podcast, Episode 03
Genius family, new episode is live. 💛 My guest, Eamon Barkhordarian, is an entrepreneur, an engineer, and a business solutions lead at a tech company changing how people see and use AI. His whole path started with one line of code. That was the moment he believed he could be an engineer at all. That is how genius usually announces itself. Not with a plan. With a flicker. A few things from our conversation I keep coming back to: ✨ Treat your life like a game, and failure stops being a stop sign. It becomes proof you are still moving. ✨ “I don’t know” is not weakness. It is the sentence that makes you more confident and your team sharper. ✨ You can teach AI your values so it works like a trusted teammate instead of a tool you quietly distrust. But the part that stayed with me most is what he is living right now. Sometimes you have to release part of your life to reach a deeper part of who you are. He is not teaching that from a stage. He is doing it, in a new city, in real time. 🙏 If you have been circling a decision for months, let this be your nudge. 👇 Comment ONE word for the thing you are ready to let go of. Just one word. I will reply to every single one.

Celine Shaw: Portrait of an Engineer as A Young Artist 💫
Hey Geniuses, 💛 Some talks teach you something. Others change the way you listen. Celine Shaw’s TEDx talk is the second kind. Celine is a material scientist who works at the edge of quantum physics and neuromorphic computing. She is also an artist. On that stage she brought both together and spoke about the soul’s sovereign greening power in the same breath as a quantum theremin, an instrument played by presence alone. 🙏 That is what the Genius Zone looks like in public. Not choosing between the scientist and the poet. Letting both speak at once. Here is what stayed with me from working with her: ✨ Your two worlds are not a contradiction. The place where they meet is usually the exact thing only you can say. ✨ Presence is an instrument. The audience feels how you are standing in the room long before they process your words. ✨The most technical mind in the room can still move people, if it is willing to be personal. 👇 Comment below: what are the two worlds inside you that you have been keeping separate? Because genius isn’t something you earn, it’s something you remember. Warmly, Paulina.

Quick Wisdom: On Visibility & Your Message
Your message isn't waiting for perfection. It's waiting for you. Rightfully, some of the most powerful ideas stay hidden because the person with the insight is too busy waiting for the 'right time' to say it. Too worried about who's listening. Too concerned about criticism. Meanwhile, the person who needs to hear your exact message, at the exact moment they need it, is still struggling alone. Your visibility isn't selfish. It's essential. Not for ego. For impact. The question isn't: am I ready? The question is: who's waiting for what I know?
