This was for a family owned tire business. They had an out of state visitor come to Billings. They were going down a three lane one way and tried to make a left while being in the middle lane. Well that ended up in them being sent into this tire shop really only doing minimal damage. So we went in and fixed the cement blocks, replaced with new ones. Then went over it with a product called STO. This is a cement like substrate with a latex finish. Once that was hardened up we painted it to match the rest of the shop.
