Help please.
Little background. I am a retired nurse and medical transcriptionist who has a community that revolves around health literacy and acts as a hub for the healthcare communities of Skool. 30+ years in the healthcare industry.
I am just putting out my first small offer and working on a bigger one. In this offer I will work with my clients to improve their understanding of their health issues, help them with day to day questions, help them formulate questions for their healthcare providers and help them to set up a healthcare plan for themselves.
I am wondering about ...
Do you know what a healthcare or patient advocate is? I wonder if the public knows they are available?
Have you ever left a doctor's appointment confused and with questions unanswered?
Would an advocate be useful to you before, during, after surgery, to answer the unanswered questions, to help you through managing a chronic illness, answer in plain language, questions you have about your health?
The offer - a month with a contingency plan? So many dollars for the first month of 1:1 access and then less per month after if they wish to continue.
Is there a place in the market for a year plan?
Any ideas around this kind of offer are helpful.
Working on figuring out wording - do I need to spell out what an advocate is.
Price - realistic for the amount of time.
Many thanks, all thoughts welcome!
Lynne!
