Our world is upside down. The United States of America was founded as one nation under God, and yet our government removed the 10 Commandments from every courthouse. The government and retailers banned the name of Jesus but have no problem when you speak the name of any other god. Our law makers cannot pass legislation that affects the free exercise of religion, and yet pastors were arrested for preaching during the pandemic debacle. It’s illegal to destroy the egg of a bald eagle, but you can murder a human baby in the womb. Pedophiles and rapist within our government remain unscathed, while prostitutes are being imprisoned (i.e. jailed for having consensual relations with another consenting adult). No one is above the law, and yet States grant themselves “Sovereign Immunity,” who in turn give all judges “Judicial Immunity,” and all police officers “Qualified Immunity.” Laws that are repugnant to the Bill of Rights are deemed by our courts as fair and upright forms of “Due Process.” The Bill of Rights is the supreme law of our land, yet anyone who cites it to a judge or police officer is labeled a “sovereign citizen” (aka domestic terrorist). I could go on and on, but the point is this. Our public officials have abandoned their fiduciary duty to protect our rights … and our current “government” is 100% repugnant to the foundational principles if our nation. If you want to make a difference, write your Congressperson and State Representative and demand they abolish the administrative state and restore common law.

Every “Bar Association” in America is a private guild with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status with the IRS. Every attorney is given permission to practice law by the (private) Bar Association in his or her respective State. 🧑‍⚖️Every attorney is an “officer of the court” and can only represent a “legal person,” i.e. a legal entity recognized by law. (Black’s Law Dictionary). 🧑‍⚖️All 50 States have statutes that criminalize the unauthorized practice of law by persons not duly authorized by their (private) Bar Association. 🧑‍⚖️By allowing a private “Bar Association” to monopolize and regulate our courts, every State is violating your constitutionally protected right to access a free and fair judiciary, to represent your own interest as you see fit, and to seek the assistance of counsel of your choosing. 🧑‍⚖️As such, every state is weaponizing the government in order to suppress your dissent and prevent the free exercise of your rights.

All child support agencies are administrative agencies that gain jurisdiction from your marriage license and child’s birth certificate that are filed with the State. These agencies then complete their jurisdictional authority by virtue of actual contracts, i.e. “Consent Judgments,” “Payment Schedules,” etc. These contracts are initiated by a parent who applies for child support through the agency, who in turn sends you a letter -appearing to be a court order- telling you to appear at a certain court on a certain date. However, this letter is merely a request for you to appear and consent to their authority to collect child support, and your refusal to attend can never be criminalized or used against you in any way. If you choose to appear at said court, you will not find a judge, but rather agency workers who ask for your income information, then present you with a “consent judgment”whereby you “agree” to pay a certain amount of monthly support to the agency. If you resist signing, the agency employee will use intimidation tactics such as holding you in “contempt,” followed by threats of bank levees or imprisonment. Accordingly, you are effectively coerced, under duress, to sign the judgment that gives the appearance of your consent thereto. The alleged “consent judgment” is then brought before a judge and signed into law as a judgment of the court, and wah-lah … you’re now under the authority of an agency that will suspend your drivers license, revoke your passport (confine you within the USA), garnish your wages, freeze your assets without a warrant, and even put you in jail if you fail to make these payments. And the worst part is, the agency gets a percentage of everything it collects, in addition to incentive payments for taking your child through “Title IV-D” of the Social Security Act. As such, these agencies are not operating with tax revenue, but are, in fact, for-profit centers that mainly support themselves with money they earn. Can you say unlawful State enrichment and abridgment of rights through financially motivated government agencies???
