The Constitution and Common Law Roots
The Constitution didn’t grant rights — it limited government, protecting pre-existing rights under common law. It bound the federal government, not the people, and preserved state sovereignty. Over time, common law gave way to statutory codes, administrative agencies, and presumption-based enforcement. Today, most live under corporate governance, not the Constitution — but freedom depends on asserting your standing and consent.

Our mission is clear: to teach lawful remedies, restore individual responsibility, and guide families toward living privately and honorably in a world of increasing government expansion. Who We Are Leaders in Common Law EducationWe teach practical, real-world applications of common law principles — not theory, not speculation. Our instruction is grounded in lawful process, constitutional protections, and biblical truth. A Freedom CoalitionWe are a unified body of individuals committed to living free from unlawful overreach. We educate, equip, and support those who desire to stand on their rights with wisdom and integrity. Honorable and TrustworthyEvery teaching we provide has been tested, refined, and proven through real-world experience. We do not deal in hype or false hope — only in what lawfully works. Teachers of Practical LibertyWe show individuals how to step out of unnecessary contractual entanglements, privatize their lives where appropriate, and reclaim their rights in alignment with God’s will — lawfully, peacefully, and effectively. Who We Are Not We are not promoters of trendy labels, paper-based shortcuts, or fringe “freedom” systems that promise results without lawful foundation. We do not support speculative movements, personality-driven schemes, or bureaucratic distractions that divert people from real remedies. We are not a general law firm for hire outside our focused mission. Our purpose is education, empowerment, and lawful guidance for those serious about restoring liberty and living privately. Our Commitment When you join We The People University, you enter a community that values clarity, integrity, and accountability. We leave behind distractions, misinformation, and unproven methods. Together, we focus on what actually works — restoring liberty, protecting rights, and honoring God.

Constitutional Sense 101
Constitutional Sense 101: Have you ever wondered how the government can blatantly ignore the constitution? Well here’s the method to their madness: The Bill of Rights was adopted to prevent the government from infringing on the rights of the people. The Bill of Rights cannot prevent a corporation from imposing its rules upon individuals who voluntarily enter its corporate domain or contract with it for certain services. For example, the 2nd Amendment establishes the right to keep and bear arms, but a corporate retailer can lawfully disregard the Amendment and prevent patrons from entering their locations with a gun. In 1871, the federal government changed its status and became “a federal corporation.” See for reference: 28 USC 3002 (15)(A). Subsequently, all 50 states followed suit and incorporated, thus giving birth to the “Administrative State, “ governed by administrative/contract laws that are enforceable via contracts with the people. Our new “administrative government” then began issuing various licenses - with undisclosed terms and waivers attached thereto - thus establishing the appearance of the licensee’s consent to the State’s regulatory authority established by said license. And this, ladies and gentlemen is how the State can do things like set up DUI checkpoints, stop you with no suspicion of a crime, snoop inside your car with a flashlight - while sniffing your breath - just to see if you might possibly be doing something illegal. You voluntarily acquired a “Drivers License” - constituting a waiver of certain rights - and agreed to being regulated under the State’s “traffic and motor vehicle codes.” The solution: Surrender your drivers license and start traveling privately. All DMV’s have the proper forms to do so. If you need assistance, or want to learn more information about this, please visit: wethepeople.university We The People We The People is a Mighty Network.
