🚀 Client Acquisition Challenge: Find the Hidden Referral Sources
This week’s challenge is simple: I want you to find 10 businesses that serve your ideal client before they ever need home care.
Don’t go to hospitals.
Don’t go to rehab centers.
Don’t call nursing homes.
Don’t use the same referral sources everyone else is chasing.
Think outside the box.
Ask yourself:
  • Who works with seniors and their families every day?
  • Who sees people going through major life changes?
  • Who could naturally refer someone needing home care?
Your assignment:
✅ Find 10 potential referral partners you’ve never contacted before.
✅ Research what they do.
✅ Reach out to at least 3 of them this week.
✅ Introduce yourself, explain how your agency can help their clients, and ask to schedule a brief meeting.
Come back to the community and post:
  • Which businesses you contacted
  • What you learned
  • Who responded
  • Any meetings you booked
Remember: The agencies that grow the fastest don’t wait for referral they create them.
The next referral partner that changes your business may be one you’ve never thought of before.
Now go find them.
