To make sure everyone has the same expectations, I’d like to clarify what is included in your membership. What the Community Is For This community is designed to help you grow your home care business and get more clients. As a member, you’ll receive: - Weekly group coaching and live trainings - Client acquisition strategies - Marketing ideas and business growth education - Downloadable resources and tools - Group Q&A related to the training topics - Encouragement, accountability, and networking with other members This is a group coaching program, which means the training is designed to benefit everyone in the community. What Your Strategy Call Is For Your strategy call is an introductory business strategy session designed to: - Answer questions related to growing your home care business - Help identify opportunities to get more clients - Provide direction and recommendations based on your current business - Help you create a plan to move forward The strategy call is not an ongoing consulting or mentoring session. What Is Not Included The following services are outside the scope of the community and strategy call: - Step-by-step consulting to build additional businesses - Creating new streams of income - Starting staffing agencies or other business models - State provider enrollment and implementation - Customized business plans - Ongoing one-on-one coaching - Business implementation and project management - Personalized consulting beyond the scope of the community These topics require dedicated time, planning, and individualized coaching. Here’s a challenge that gets your students thinking differently and pushes them to take action. 🚀 Client Acquisition Challenge: Find the Hidden Referral Sources This week’s challenge is simple: I want you to find 10 businesses that serve your ideal client before they ever need home care. Don’t go to hospitals. Don’t go to rehab centers. Don’t call nursing homes. Don’t use the same referral sources everyone else is chasing. Think outside the box. Ask yourself: - Who works with seniors and their families every day? - Who sees people going through major life changes? - Who could naturally refer someone needing home care? Your assignment: ✅ Find 10 potential referral partners you’ve never contacted before. ✅ Research what they do. ✅ Reach out to at least 3 of them this week. ✅ Introduce yourself, explain how your agency can help their clients, and ask to schedule a brief meeting. Come back to the community and post: - Which businesses you contacted - What you learned - Who responded - Any meetings you booked Remember: The agencies that grow the fastest don’t wait for referral they create them. The next referral partner that changes your business may be one you’ve never thought of before. Now go find them.
