If I can be real for a moment, I feel like we all go through seasons of transitions, be it relationships , work or just life in general. Now given my biblical foundation, it reminds me of when Moses led his people from Egypt to the promised land. The problem I have and maybe I’m not alone in this, is after separating from whatever my Egypt was, I often forgot who I was because of how long I been in. So how did I change that? How can you overcome all that for yourself so you can win? Reintroduce yourself to yourself. What does that look like to you? Some things that helped me: Self reflection (Did I do the absolute best I can?) Acceptance (Because even if we did our best, sometimes even that may not be enough for others, that hurts but I’m not dead so I can learn from this and build better) Pick up a new hobby. Take a road trip. Spend time in nature. Excercise. That is just what I did for me, it may look different for you. But what ways helped you out of your transition.
