About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven, commission-only Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced, results-driven team. In this role, you will be speaking with homeowners who’ve opted in from our SMS campaigns—these are warm leads & cold calls.
Your goal is to turn those conversations into qualified in-person or phone appointments with our licensed agents.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads
- Set 1–2+ qualified appointments per day with motivated homeowners
- Follow up with no-shows and previous pipeline leads
- Conduct redials and callbacks to re-engage prospects
- Ensure leads are properly updated in the CRM and appointment pipeline
- Attend daily virtual stand-ups (9:00 AM CST)
- Submit end-of-day reports and maintain performance metrics

Requirements:
- Experience in real estate appointment setting, sales, or cold calling
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
- Reliable phone, internet, and work-from-home setup
- Ability to work on a high ticket commission-based pay structure

Earnings Structure (Commission Based):
You earn 50% of cash collected from deals that close. Our top Setters earn $5,000–$7,500/month+.
- 20 Appts → 20% close rate → $3,750/mo
- 40 Appts → 20% close rate → $7,500/mo
- 60 Appts → 20% close rate → $11,250/moThere is an opportunity for every setter to earn there way up to a base salary as well.
