My name is Scott Harris and I created Warrior Within Training to eliminate gym dependency and take fitness into your own hands. Literally. I want you to become self empowered the way that kettlebell training has empowered myself and so many of my clients.
Inside this community you will learn a proven system that combines strength, conditioning, skill and endurance. This training system is a result of years of trial and error, client experiences as well as learning from some of the best kettlebell coaches in the world.
All you need are some kettlebells to get started!
Ideally for beginners ; 1 lighter weight & 1 moderate/heavy weight
MEN ---> 12kg/16kg
WOMEN ---> 8kg/12kg
These weights are a general recommendation but depending on your current level of fitness/strength you might require heavier. If you are not training with me in person, eventually it is good to have a pair of bells the same weight to practice double bell training.
