Finding your “Why” and challenging yourself daily.
Aloha from Alaska 🤙🏽 Throughout my career In the military my “why” has changed more times than I can count, from wanting to be a part of something greater than myself, to ensuring my family is taken care of. Just like my chosen career path, my physical fitness “why” has changed. It started out as wanting to be the best, most physically fit Soldier throughout the formation to wanting to challenge myself and push myself beyond my limits to obtain a physique only seen in movies. Today I maintain my physical fitness to be able to run and keep up with my kids as they get older. Being able to train alongside my kids and be engaged in their life and physical journey and not from the sidelines, has become my goal.
Life may knock me down with endless task and what may seem like impossible timelines, but I make it a priority to balance my work, family, and physical readiness. I look forward to seeing everyone’s progress and will assist in any way I can🤙🏽 Keep going strong, never give up, and do it again tomorrow.
