Started this journey April 1st I am now 3 contracts secured won focus I attached one of my award letters the other 2 will be here this week it’s not impossible you just have to be serious and not take no for a answer

Q4 Is Still Wide Open
Over the past few months, I’ve been reflecting on how far I’ve come in my eCommerce journey. The mistakes, the late nights, the failed tests, the breakthroughs, and the small wins that kept me moving. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: don’t give up too early.Q4 is still one of the most powerful seasons for growth. There’s so much potential left on the table for anyone willing to keep pushing, keep testing, and stay consistent. eCommerce isn’t a straight line, it’s a process. And every step forward counts, even when it feels slow. If you’re still building, still trying, still figuring things out… keep going. You’re closer than you think. I’m also open to sharing the insights, strategies, and mindset shifts that helped me get to this point. If you want me to share, just drop a comment. Keep pushing, the year isn’t over yet.

Breaking the ice.
Yesterday i reached out to three prospective suppliers/subcontractors. They weren’t able to fill the requirements of the contract, but i got one referral which i have to call back on Monday because they were working with a skeleton crew due to the Holliday today. I take that as a positive outcome and a win. Breaking the ice feels great.
