As I walk my circle today, finally settling back at home, I wanted to talk about how incorporating a simple walk everyday, whether that's inside on a machine or outside in the flesh air can be very beneficial overall.
I like my early morning walks, as it gives me the time to separate form the world and the tasks ahead, and gives me a moment of freedom to myself to talk to spirit, engage with my mind or simply read (listen to an audiobook).
This removes the " I don't have any time to do....", thoughts. When you make time for yourself before the day ever starts, you'll end the day feeling more accomplished, and you may even find extra time to do other things.
