It's so lovely to be here with all of you! ☺️ Divorced at 30 and retired at 40. I've quit my 20-year flight attendant job from Canada 6 months ago and has become nomadic. Currently living in South East Asia, where I met Nina and Milena in Bali! Because of my own journey post-divorce, feeling that was the best thing that happened to me. I want the same for other women to reclaim their radiant selves and thrive in every area of their lives post heartbreak. I aim to help them feel "whole and complete" so a relationship status doesn't define their worth or happiness. There are so many powerhouse women here. I am excited to learn from each of you. ☺️

Grateful to be here :) I am a Psychologist, Yoga teacher and many other things but first and foremost dedicated to creating spaces of presence, self connection and healing that is based on self- awareness, own inner knowing and grounded tools to integrate life's experiences - rather than seek a 'healed' state that may never arise or follow teaching after teaching. I am living in Bali for many years, guiding international retreats from time to time, releasing music as well and currently in the process of building an online presence that allows me to work even more remotely.
