Most people wait until everything is perfect before they invite anyone in. We’re not doing that. You’re here at the beginning. And that matters. Here’s who we are. I’m Eric. 28 years building successful businesses from nothing. No trust fund. No roadmap. Just instincts, speed, and a refusal to overcomplicate things. Lisa is my wife and she has decades of executive level experience developing people and building organizations at the highest level. She’s forgotten more about human potential and organizational strategy than most consultants will ever know. We’re also two people who walked away from the lives we had built and chose to rebuild everything with intention. That’s still in process. We’re not going to pretend otherwise.
