Welcome to Walk It Off. Here’s how this works.
1. Introduce yourself below this post. One line: what you're rebuilding. A routine, a career, your health, your confidence. Doesn't need to be pretty. Naming it is the first move. 2. Take the walk. Twenty minutes, today, before the day gets loud. Bring your phone; I always do. Use it the way I use mine: talk your ideas out, dictate what's on your mind, ask AI a better question than you asked yesterday. Just don't scroll. The walk is for thinking, not consuming. 3. Find today’s post and make today’s move. Every weekday I post one thing from the walk and one small move. Monday through Friday. Weekends are yours; the walk still happens. Do the move. Comment “done” when it’s done. That comment matters more than you think. It’s you, keeping a promise to yourself, in public. It's commitment. That's it. Simple. Not easy. You don't need more motivation. You need a system. This is it.

From the Walk: Tuesday
What you don’t lock in, you renegotiate with yourself every morning. Today’s move: Set tomorrow’s walk time right now, and set up your morning tonight: shoes out, one priority written down. Comment “done” with the time you picked.

From the Walk: Monday
Action combats anxiety. The thing you’re avoiding costs more in dread than it costs in doing. Today’s move: Give fifteen minutes to the thing you’ve been putting off. Just fifteen. Comment “done.”

From the Walk: Friday
Progress you don’t record disappears on you. Today’s move: Look back at your week and comment the one thing you did this week that you weren’t doing last week. That is proof you moved forward. No posts Saturday or Sunday. That’s on purpose. The feed rests, you don’t have to: the walk still happens, and I’ll see you Monday.

From the Walk: Thursday
Most people don’t have a decision problem. They have a circling problem. Today’s move: Write down one decision you’ve been circling for more than a week. Make it today. You don’t need certainty, you need a call. Comment “done.”
