Exercising Before Bed 🛌
For the last few nights I've been exercising and stretching before bed as I'm learning how to do splits and my quality of sleep seems better. I am falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more refreshed. Does anyone else exercise or stretch before bed? I'd highly recommend it!

This is why I was not posting so often the last days
I was going down the rabbit hole. I planned some really cool stuff. An IRL event. In Vienna. At first it was just a little seed and now it is going to grow rapidly. My first IRL event taking place in Fall 25 in Vienna. I have partnered up with @Ethan Simons and @Andrew Monroe to make this IRL extraordinary. We have big plans. But we need more smart brains then us to make this experience the best experience people can get in 2025. So I thought to make a shout out in my own community to help us to build something remarkable. I am looking for 5 people who are willing to support us in the process of building an exclusive IRL event. Great community to Learn In
I have a horrible memory. I forget a lot of things. This definitely has its down side. I try to embrace this growth area as a Super Power. The other side of having a bad memory, is that I can Move onto new things quicker as I don’t thing negative memories hold me back. I mention this as a tie into the wonderful things I have learned since joining the WUA. Here a 3 quick examples : 1. Learned about power of supporting multiple communities. Felix gives his all to WUA and is super supportive of other communities. 2. I leaned about sleep chronotype. Learning that I a dolphin has been helping in address some of my sleep challenges 3. Learning about light (especially blue light) therapy. I plan to continue learning about Ayo and other light therapies in 2025. I was talking to a contact of my would was feeling jet lagged from a flight to Pakistan. I let him Know about Ayo and he will look into it as he seem excited to find out about a potential solution for his jet lag symptoms I truly grateful to be part of this community. Excited to be here learning, sharing & engaging with everyone. As everyone connects more with Felix, please consider leaving a testimonial. Wishing everyone an amazing & restful evening ✨
