1. Who I am: Senior Software Engineer at Madhive (ad-tech).
2. The Goal: Buying at least 1 STR per year in the midwest (under $250k price point) to offset at least $20k+/year in taxes. I'm pretty risk-adverse, so I like taking smaller bets with higher volume.
