Hope you're enjoying the weekend.
Whether you're kicking back, catching up, or grinding on something — I'm glad you're here.
This community is just getting started and I want you to understand something right now before this thing takes off:
You are early!
And we couldn't be more pumped to be joining you on this journey.
The people who show up first shape the culture.
The ones who get the most access.
The ones who look back a year from now and say "I was there before it blew up."
That's you. Right now. Today.
And we are so excited for the future!
Because, we didn't build Vyralab to be another course or another community that talks a big game and delivers templates.
We built it because we've spent over a decade in this game — we've generated over 2 billion views and driven north of $100M in revenue for clients — and we got tired of watching people with real talent and real knowledge stay stuck in jobs that don't respect them, working for people who don't see them.
This is the place where that changes.
Everything we do in here is built around one idea:
You can build a real business — on your own terms — using the tools, strategies, and intelligence that most people don't even know exist yet.
Every single day, we're going to show up in here with something new.
A lesson. A challenge. A training. A conversation.
Every day is an opportunity for you to learn something, share something, build something, and help each other get better.
That's how this works. You're not here to watch from the sidelines — you're here to get in the game.
So let's start right now.
Here's the number one question I get:
"I have zero audience and no portfolio. How do I land my first client without looking like I just started yesterday?"
I hear this more than anything else.
And I get it — it feels like a catch-22.
You need clients to build a portfolio but you need a portfolio to get clients.
Except... that's not actually true anymore.
That's just the story people tell themselves to stay stuck.
(And the lie people say to try to sell you their $7,000 course)
Here's what's actually true: nobody cares about your portfolio.
They care about whether you can show them something they can't see on their own.
And that's exactly where you have an unfair advantage inside this community.
Here's what I'd do if I had zero audience, zero portfolio, and zero clients right now — starting today:
Step 1 — Pick a niche. Not your passion. A market.
Don't pick what you love. Pick where the money moves.
Find a niche where businesses are actively spending on content, running ads, posting daily, and clearly care about their brand. Fitness, finance, SaaS, coaching, real estate, ecommerce — pick one and commit for 90 days.
You can always pivot later. You can't pivot from standing still.
Step 2 — Run the intel before you ever send a message.
This is where SiScrape changes the entire game.
Pull a report on 3-5 brands in that niche. Find out what hooks are performing. Find out what content is driving real engagement and what's falling flat. Now you know more about their niche — with data — than 99 out of 100 people who will ever pitch them.
You didn't need a single client to do that. You just needed the tool and 20 minutes.
Step 3 — Build them something before they ever ask for it.
This is where most people go wrong. They jump straight to the pitch. "Hey I do content strategy, let me know if you need help." That's what everyone does. That's why everyone gets ignored.
Instead — you take those SiScrape insights and you go into Glyphi and build them a personalized lead magnet. An ebook. A cheat sheet.
A guide. Something specific to THEIR niche, THEIR audience, THEIR gaps. Something that looks like you spent hours on it — except Glyphi lets you build it in minutes with real data already baked in.
Now you've got something tangible. Something they can hold. Something that makes them think "wait — who IS this person?"
Step 4 — Lead with the gift. Not the pitch.
Now you reach out. But you're not selling anything. You're giving.
Something like:
"Hey — I've been doing some deep research in your space and I noticed a few gaps in how brands in [niche] are approaching their content. I actually put together a quick [guide / ebook / cheat sheet] specifically around what's working right now in your market. I'd love to send it over — totally free, no strings. Just thought it might be valuable for you."
That's it. No pitch. No "let me know if you need help." No call to action beyond "here's something I made for you."
You're not asking for anything. You're proving what you can do by DOING it. And when they open that lead magnet and see real insights about their own market packaged into something that looks professional and polished — the trust is already built.
You skipped the whole "convince me you're legit" phase because the work is sitting right in front of them.
Step 5 — Let them come to you.
9 times out of 10, when someone receives that kind of value unprompted, the next message from them is some version of "this is amazing — do you do this professionally?" or "what would it cost to have you do something like this for us on an ongoing basis?"
That's the moment. And you didn't chase it. You earned it.
But if they don't ask — you follow up once.
Something simple:
"Hey just wanted to check in — did you get a chance to look at that [guide / breakdown]? I'd love to put something like this together for you on a deeper level and show you what's really possible with your content. Happy to hop on a quick call if you're open to it — no pressure either way."
Still no hard sell. Still leading with value. But now you've opened the door to a conversation. And that conversation is happening on YOUR terms because you already proved you know what you're talking about.
Step 6 — Name your price and don't flinch.
Your first client doesn't need to be $5K a month. But don't go below $1,500. If you undercut yourself out the gate you'll resent the work within 30 days. Price it based on the value of what you're delivering — not how long you've been doing it.
A data-backed content strategy that helps a brand 2-3x their engagement is worth every dollar of $3K a month. You just have to believe that before they will.
The bottom line: You don't need an audience. You don't need a portfolio. You don't need permission.
You need intel that nobody else has, a tool that lets you package it into something beautiful in minutes, and the willingness to give value before you ever talk money.
Provide first. Prove first. Then get paid.
That's what we're building in here.
