If you're paying out for any subscription to help you learn new skills relevant to your business or freelancing etc as well as tools and resources you use online or equipment you need such as a new computer or audio equipment etc

Always remember to include these as a business expense and pay for them from your business account and never from your personal account and always include these when you regularly do your accounts
